Project Insight, web-based project management software, has a maintenance and support program. Enterprise Installed Edition customers with current maintenance and support agreements, and Enterprise Hosted Edition customers with current accounts automatically receive:

- FREE initial software installation
- Unlimited team member level training via webinar
- Access to technical support
Maintenance Contract
Customers utilizing Project Insight software in the hosted environment have maintenance which
is covered by payment of monthly hosting fees. Customers that opt for an installed project management solution need
a separate maintenance contract. A current software maintenance agreement enables a company to assign one
primary and one secondary maintenance contact person. These contacts may be changed upon request.
